Please note Bank holidays are not counted as a working day.
Postage charges are non-refundable against returns unless items are sent out in error or are faulty. Ava and Belle aim to ensure that items are received in a perfect condition, and should you wish to return items they are expected to be returned in the same condition as they were received, and in their original packaging.
Returns
We accept general returns within 14 days of the invoice date. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for intimate items such as briefs or self adhesive products/prosthesis. Items returned should be in the same saleable condition as received with the tags and original packaging intact. Ava and Belle do not provide return postage and packaging costs, unless the wrong item as been received or the goods received are faulty. Any problems or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.
